I’m planning to offer a basic one day workshop to teach the construction of a simple backyard aquaponics system. This is geared for those who want help getting started on a backyard hobby system but still feel unsure about starting construction based only on what they can learn online or from books. This is a chance to get your feet wet and hands dirty without fear that you will mess up.
Here is a survey to help me figure out if/when I can offer such a workshop.

I can only actually give the workshop if I can find the right number of people all interested in attending on the same day.
I expect the workshop to run from 9 am to about 4 pm with a lunch break to go around the corner to the Yalaha Bakery for lunch.
Those who attend the workshop will get continuing e-mail support from me for their backyard aquaponics projects.
I have a 13 and 14 year old. The three of us are interested in your workshop but we would have to wait and attend during spring break 2016 in March or during winter break December 2015.
This is a old post but what are the dates of those breaks? Perhaps it would be good incentive for me to set up another workshop to fall into those time frames.
I hadn’t really planned on gearing them for teenagers but now that you mention it, what a great idea. I think it would be perfect for older children and young teens.
