Had a really slow week here this past week.
It has been hot and somewhat rainy and the lettuce is not holding quality as well after harvest (which is normal for this time of year.)
I’m shutting down my offerings to the Orlando Home Grown Co-op until I have more to offer in the fall.
It is clean out time at the farm. I am still supplying lettuce to the Howey Market and I will still list what I do have available on https://yalaha.locallygrown.net/market.
Most farms around the area are not producing much this time of year, I will be harvesting channel catfish and cleaning out the raft beds over the next month.
The Lufa are starting to take off, I guess I need to set up a washing station for lufa washing soon.
Not much more to report at this time.
